Thus, discoveries by the directors, such as Javier Butler, Valentín Martínez, Teo Lucadamo, Mateo Medina, Juan Vergara, Joaquín Ruiz, Gio Torino, Mario Silva, Manuel Gareno, and Miguel Moreno, are an important part of the film, which takes its title from an unfinished work by Federico García Lorca.
‘La bola negra’ will be released in Spanish cinemas on October 2, 2026, distributed by Elastica. Goodfellas will handle international sales.
Synopsis
'La bola negra' tells the interconnected stories of three men in three different eras. Three lives intimately linked by sexuality and desire, pain and inheritance, and one of Federico García Lorca's last, unfinished works.
